What we Believe

-
Genesis 1:26-27 2 Corinthians 13:14 Matthew 3:16-17
The Fall of Man
-
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that by voluntary disobedience he fell from perfection as recorded in Genesis 3. This fall created a need for redemption ultimately fulfilled in Jesus Christ who is the ransom for our sin.
-
Genesis 1:26,27 Romans 5:12,18
The Lord Jesus Christ
-
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior of mankind, and that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.

-

Stewardship
-
We believe that every Christian, as a steward of that portion of God's wealth that they have been entrusted, is obligated to support his local church financially. We believe that God has established the tithe as a basis for giving, but that every Christian should also give other offerings sacrificially and cheerfully to the support of the church as it commits itself to the relief of those in need, and the spread of the Gospel.
